Charles Merrill

Until 1985, Mr. Merrill worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County, taking virtually every type of criminal matter – from shoplifting to murder – to verdict. Mr. Merrill entered the civil arena in 1985 and within two years had tried and taken to verdict a wide variety of civil cases, including tort liability, condemnation, contract, business disputes, construction defect and real estate matters.

He has obtained numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His favorable jury verdicts include a record condemnation verdict in Napa County. Lynn Appleton

Lynn Appleton graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1989.
