Karl Molineux

Karl Molineux founded Merrill, Nomura & Molineux with Charles E. Merrill and Brent K. Nomura in 2000. Mr. Molineux began his professional career in British Columbia, Canada where he was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1990. He subsequently moved to California where he was admitted to practice law in 1991. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Molineux worked as a litigation associate with the firm of Smith, Merrill & Peffer in San Ramon. Mr. Molineux has successfully tried and settled a variety of civil litigation cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Over the years, Mr. Molineux has developed a specialty in the area of construction defect litigation, in which he primarily represents plaintiffs. Mr. Molineux has obtained settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
