Lynn Appleton

Lynn Appleton is a fifth-generation native San Franciscan who has resided in Contra Costa County for over 35 years. Ms. Appleton earned her JD from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Review, and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1989.  Ms. Appleton began her legal career as a litigator in Oakland, California, handling a variety of cases, including premises liability, breach of contract, nuisance, easement disputes, personal injury and construction defect cases. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Appleton is an accomplished entrepreneur and acquired extensive real world expertise in commercial and contract law as the owner and operator of a successful business for many years. Ms. Appleton’s practice areas include business litigation, real estate litigation and construction defect litigation.
