Tom Mathews earned his JD from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law and has over 15 years of litigation experience. Mr. Mathews has handled a broad range of cases, including real property, insurance, casualty, business, employment and products liability matters. His practice currently focuses on business, real estate and construction defect litigation. Mr. Mathews is highly recognized in the legal community for his depth of legal knowledge and front-line handling of complex evidentiary and procedural issues.
Mr. Mathews also represents clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and regulatory compliance and provides guidance on real estate, transactional, franchise and labor issues.
